Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how Blockchain Innovation Associates (“we”, “I”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the category information you select (who you are, jurisdiction and nature of the matter), together with the message you write. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run cookie-based analytics.

How we use it, and the lawful basis

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, carry out a conflict check, and discuss a possible instruction. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (and yours) in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

What we store, and for how long

To make sure no enquiry is lost, we keep a minimal record of each submission — your name, email, the categories you selected, and whether our notification was delivered. The free-text content of your message is sent to us by email and is not stored in that record. Minimal records are deleted after 12 months.

Who processes it

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection) and Resend (email delivery); the website source is managed on GitHub. Each acts as a processor under a data-processing agreement. Some processing takes place outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). Search performance data comes from Google Search Console in aggregate.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email amologoko@binainc.biz. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
